Village Presbyterian Church

Missions

“Jesus came and told his disciples, ‘I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.’”

Matthew 28:18-20

One significant goal that our church has is to be engaged in various forms of missions.  We categorize our missions commitments into three categories: (1) foreign missions, (2) home missions, and (3) local missions.

Within each of these categories, we aim to support our missionaries in three ways: financial support, prayer support, and “boots on the ground.”  As you can imagine, this looks different with every distinct ministry.  We encourage you to visit our church and ask how we engage with each of these different missions.  Also, please take time to check out the websites for all of our missionaries and consider supporting these wonderful works yourself!
